License & Certificate

A General Trading Business License (“INU”) for Fuel Oil (“BBM”) is one of the key requirements mandated by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (“DITJEN MIGAS”), for companies engaging in the trade of fuel oil within Indonesia. This regulation aligns with the provisions outlined in Law No. 22 of 2001, Government Regulation No. 36 of 2004, and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Regulation No. 7 of 2005.

PT Mesa Global Energi (“MESA”) is licensed with a General Trading Business License (“INU”). With this license, MESA is fully authorized to conduct commercial fuel trading activities across Indonesia, reinforcing our dedication to delivering reliable energy solutions with integrity and professionalism.
